Adding this cool flag to the emojis [French Bretagne Flag]

Hey, I've seen that the French Bretagne flag had a unicode (Here)

So I thought it would be nice to add an emoji to it. Since other there are other celtic flags as the isle of man or even wales, I think this flag is in its place among them. I even did a png file so you can see how the flag looks like (I used the common twemoji flag style for it)
