Make Nitro server banners show when events are clicked off.

In a Discord server I'm currently running, we want to use the Events feature for ongoing tournament signups. Sometimes these can be on for a week - sometimes multiple for "supermajors" - and thus the problem I have right now is a bit annoying.

You see, the events feature overrides the banner you can set at Level 2 boosts, and when you click it off, the banner outright disappears for the end user, and doesn't come back even if you click off and on again. This kind of sucks and makes ongoing events really weird to look at, especially when the ongoing event sign looks like a pop-up. I'm not sure how these are currently programmed, but the way it is seems to punish long-running events in boosted servers, which feels like the opposite of what we should be getting?
