Create or allow the creation of a non electron discord client

There have been a numeral number of alternative clients for discord made by independent creators such as cordless.

Why are these not allowed in the terms of service, the usage for abuse is only determined by the application of the API discord creates.

Either create an alternative client for lower end machines or people who dont want a bloated chromium install on their pc or allow the creation of other clients by independent creators.
