[Suggestion] Require 2FA when changing username or password.

A lot of accounts are getting hacked right now whether or they have 2FA or not, I was one of them. It would seem that hackers are getting into people's computers and changing the password/username from their computer. This is possible because 2FA is not required when changing the Username or Password, only when they log in. So, when they hack into a computer, that computer is already logged into discord. You would save users and the discord support team a lot of time with this small change.
