Time Out

I'm having a problem with the new time out feature, now that it's on, for some reason, on a server that I'm pretty active on, I keep getting timed out for a week, and when it expires, I talk but then I get timed out again, I got my first time out for no reason last week, and I got timed out again for another week, for no reason again! I keep my text clean and unoffensive.
