I suddenly got removed from all the servers I joined.

I had joined two servers , one of them was a school server , in this server I got this link in one of the chats and I clicked on it and after a while , I couldn't see both of those servers I had joined. There is absolutely no way I would've been banned because I was a silent member, I never wrote anything on the chats on either of the servers. After a while a "bot" from the public server I had joined DMed me saying my post was removed from a particular chat which was impossible because I rarely opened the other server. Please please help me get back in or help me solve this problem, my school server was very important, most of the notes and other important stuff was there. PLEASE.
