Chat history visible/invisible for new chat members

It would be very helpful if there was the possibility of adding a new function concerning the channel message history. In many messengers you can set this accordingly to your needs: the new member who is added to the chat can either see all message history OR only the messages that appear AFTER he joined the chat/channel.
