Accounts and Servers false reported and banned

My friend ran a server which had around 3000 people in it, recently it got reported and banned since it facilitated for minors to date and his account was banned. I don't have any problem with that. We had a large friend group so we made another server and the new owner wrote in the rules that its "NOT a dating server". Despite this, the server and his account got banned for facilitating minors to date. I don't know why that was the reason since it was strictly said that it does not promote that. Also the staff of the server found out someone was sending false reports to discord. One of the moderators is 17 years old and was banned for being "under 13". They are unbanned now but this makes it obvious that someone individually reported each account and the server just because they had drama with the owner.

Discord isn't accepting our appeals and I am confused on what to do since we haven't broken any discord TOS, note that the staff in the server that was promoting dating is not the same staff that did not promote dating. Is there anyway we can get the server back or even the account.
