Accidentally removed a Facebook friend match on Discord, no way to find friends again

I made a mistake when first learning to use Discord. When I first set up the Facebook integration, I received many Facebook friend notifications. I closed the notifications in the list, not realizing that this was making a permanent decision.

When we have a match, I want to add my Facebook friends to my list of Discord friends. However, because I clicked to close the Facebook friend notifications early on, there's no way to make that list of Facebook friends appear again. Discord sends me occasional notifications for new Facebook friends that have just arrived, but for the vast majority of friends I have, they were in that original list that was since deleted.

Is there a way to match up the complete list of Facebook friends again? Spotify has this option, to redo a complete match, to see who you've missed, and it is rather handy. However, there doesn't seem to be a way to do this on Discord.
