feature request server based profile hiding

please allow server owners and moderators to make it so certain users can not see or hear certain users if we deem it necessary because they can't stop arguing when they see each other even tho they have each other blocked. in our case we like both the people but they can't handle seeing/ hearing each other and just start arguing. we don't wanna ban either but just make it so they can no longer interact on the server. our server dislikes heavy moderation and prefer to let individuals handle things with each other to allow open and free discussion but these 2 seem incapable of it with just each other.
