My account is disabled, can anyone help me?
My account was disabled on March 12 for "Violation of TOS/Community Guidelines Notification".
But I know I didn't do anything against the rules. I think it might be because I use "ExpressVPN" to login discord (since I'm from China, I have to use a VPN to login discord).
After March 12th, I have submitted several tickets to request account recovery through the helpdesk system, but none of them have been responded to. The status of these tickets is currently "open".
Since I needed to use discord very much, after being disabled, I applied for a new account several times, but during the use process, they were all disabled.
Now I am very helpless, I have no other mobile phone number to apply for a new account.
Can anyone please help?
I just want to use discord normally. Or how can I get the discord staff to handle my ticket? They never seem to be answered.

My account was disabled too, I also didn't know it was a violation towards the Guidlines.

The same thing happened to me too and after I had already paid money to join a group that uses Discord but unfortunately for several days and repeated attempts to contact the support and without any return from them I gave up.

The Discord support team is very busy with a lot of people's tickets at the same time as you submitted one. However, if you have submitted more than 1 in less then a week your tickets will have went to their spam filter and they will not see it in time

same happened to me. account with my phone number got disabled. second, third, fourth and even fith accounts that i've created to try solving this on my own wont even be recognized even though i've verified my email address for each. i literally can't use discord no matter what i do. any response i do get from support tickets indicate they're not really reading the message, just skimming it.

I'm going through the same experience. No violations. I've asked them to audit my account because there are no violations. I use a VPN for protection against tracking hackers, which is the only thing I can possibly think of that may have caused my account to be disabled. It's been 5 or so days since I submitted a request and no response. Don't expect any help from their "support" team. I'm thinking we get louder and share our experiences with media outlets to hold them accountable. The lack of response from support is unprofessional, among other things.
