My Discord account is banned for chargebacks

Hi, my discord account (southpaw#0140) has been banned due to chargebacks. I accidentally clicked on a link in dms and I was signed out and my email was also asking if I was signing in from an Android device, which I wasn't. I reset my passwords for both but I was charged 3 times for discord nitro where I made a ticket about this and I asked to have them refunded. I also redownloaded Discord on all my devices. The very next day I get an email that my Discord account is disabled and to make a ticket about this, which I did. I then receive another email about 4 hours after saying I have 14 days to withdraw the chargebacks from the bank but the thing is it's my dad's card and I also asked Discord to do these chargebacks, not my dad to ask his bank for a refund. Also, I replied to the email because it said I need to reply to forward my ticket to the Trust and Safety team, which I've done but I have not gotten an email response that it went through or not. Should I be worried? Thanks.
