User profile badges improvement / ideas

I have been using Discord for over 5 years and I can't believe there isn't still a way to get user profile badges without paying or working for the company (besides Hypesquad), so here are a few ideas this could be improved:

1) A nice way to incentivise users to suggest more features or ideas would be if there was a reward for it, like a profile badge for getting a suggestion accepted.

2) Another idea I had is a badge that upgrades itself with time (like nitro boost) but once in a year if you log in to the platform, so if your Discord account is 1 year old it would show "1" and when your account "birthday" comes the badge upgrades to "2".

3) Users who had nitro during the early days received a special badge, so why not do it more often? If you log in during special events (like christmas, halloween, easter etc.) with nitro you would obtain a special badge that lasts forever and will only be obtainable the next year.

Those are the ones I could think of alone but there can be more. With this addition there would be an increased user engagement with the platform and even more discord nitro features to look for.
