Animated Emoji's / Smileys

I pay for a Nitro Membership for a server that I own... the current way discord is set up none of the users in my server can use animated emoji's or smileys that I upload without paying for a Nitro Membership... It seems a bit silly that everyone in the server would have to pay for a membership just to be able to access this feature..  Is there a way this can be changed or perhaps even having a Nitro Plan that I can purchase as the server owner so that anyone in it or who joins in the future can have access to these?  No one wants to pay a monthly membership fee just for access to animated emojis and it just seems a bit petty.
