Ban/Kick Reason showed to the user who was banned/kicked

Discord has a built in feature where you can add a reason to why you have banned/kicked a user, but it only gets seen by administrators in the audit log. It's annoying to be randomly kicked/banned from a server for no reason, and not knowing exactly why you were kicked/banned. This would extend the use of the feature, instead of having a bot dm you your reason, which is useless if you have dms turned off.
