How to keep the site English?

Hello,

Sorry if this has already been asked but Google refuses to co-operate.

How do I change the website's language and keep it that language? I keep changing it to English but it won't stay.

The website was Vietnamese for me today. Sorta half English half Vietnamese. I'm not Vietnamese and I'm not in Vietnam. I'm an European without a VPN, browsing from Europe. It keeps sending me to hc/vi instead of en/us. I don't know what 'hc' is.

I have cleared all site data and that worked for a few minutes. Now it's 50/50 again.

 

Can I force the site to display in a specific language?

    Changing the language settings in your browser can resolve your concern. Here are the steps below on how to do it accordingly because I am also use this method with this project belt for insulin pump .

    Internet Explorer 11:

        Click the Tools icon in the top right corner of Internet Explorer.
        Click Internet Options.
        On the General tab, click the Languages button.
        In the Languages Preference window, click Set Language Preferences.
        In the Language window, click Advanced settings.
        In the Advanced settings window, go to the Language for web content section and unchecked Don't let websites access my language list. The language of my date, time, and number formatting will be used instead.
        Click Save.

    Microsoft Edge:

    From the Start menu, search for Control Panel, and open Control Panel.
    Under Clock, Language, and Region, click Change input methods

    Note: If you don't see Clock, Language, and Region, click Category in the View by menu at the top of the page.

     3. Optional: Click Add a language to add a new language. Select the language you want to add, and click Add.

     4. Select your language, click Options, and then click Add an input method to add the input language you want. The default input language will be the first language in your language list.

    Chrome:

    Firefox:

    Safari:
