Special Chat where you just can send Image

So,  in some servers we have a lot of issues muting or needing to make rules about specific chats. Chats where the objective is just to make memories or just to send your creations, for exemple. These types of chat, always lost the "flow" because of random conversation, where, members send random message and making the midias, the principal objective, invisible. and I though for me, why don't make it a feature? a feature where you can make chats just for images. Chats that you cant send message, like, "a special mute"

Here a example, it is from a server where I am from, and the objective is just to send Images of our "clan". our objective of it is to see these image and visit our memories, but, because of random messages of the members, the chat can lost the "flow" while you see it
