Feature Request: Private Threads

This feature would allow the user to create a thread with only specific people in it so they can have a private conversation about something going on in a server with the context right there. This feature would help with moderation. Server moderators could make a thread on someone's message that only has people with the moderator role. This would then allow all the moderators to privately discuss how to deal with the message or whether or not it needs to be deleted. It would also serve as a tool for normal conversation when two people have an inside joke and in order to not make the others feel discluded, they just make a private thread on the message that makes the inside joke. I think this feature would be a great addition to Discord and I hope it will be considered!
