Option to disable leave call audio cue in servers and group chats

Mode in server voice chat to disable audio cues for leave and join, and a reduced volume setting. Could be like the mute timers options, "for 5 minutes, for 30 minutes, for 1 hour, until I turn it back on...." Good for stuff like presentations, events with a speaker, and other organized server calls. Group chat/private calls might be able to be a setting.
