File Size Limit Should Be Higher for Free Members

I understand the model of using higher file size limits as an incentive for users to purchase Discord Nitro, but as it stands the 8 MB limit is prohibitively low. Most phone cameras take photos that are at least 10 MBs, and it's insane that free users can't send the average photo over Discord. Considering that Nitro members can upload as large as 500 MB files, I think that it'd make sense for free members to be able to upload files at least as large as 20 MB.
