Hacked Account & Fine support agent Norman

My account was hacked and I wrote about it more than once in support that the hacker turned on 2FA and disconnected me from my account, to which I did not receive a normal response. Literally 3 days ago, after writing any ticket, my tickets started to be closed instantly by the agent (Norman) and I don't get a single response. I have a verified bot with a checkmark, what should I do?

I'm not the only one with this problem, Discord can't reset 2fa in security measures although it rarely happens but they do.

People can't get their accounts back, Discord finally do something.
