Add friends to a DnD (Do not Disturb) status bypass list.

A simple feature to select a specific friend that can bypass DnD (Do not Disturb) status.
Why? A lot of my friends always have to be on DnD but don't wanna miss important things like for example a friend that manages a Server or Community Event for them and that needs to talk to them quickly with no delay!

Would be really nice and useful to have a feature like this! Might also improve Server safety incase an Admin is going nuts and the one of the Team member has to quickly message the Owner who's always on DnD...
