Allow phone numbers to be used as a verifcation method when changing your email

This is a pet peeve but I believe the process of changing an email is flawed. The problem is that you cant change the email of your account if you have lost access to the email of your account; as doing so would require verification from said email.

My suggestion for mitigating this issue is to allow users to optionally choose to send verification to their account phone number (if they have one set) instead of their email address. This way users who have lost their email can change their email with less problems.
