Don't force users to interact with unknown users through "Active Now"

Please allow us to choose whether to show or hide the "Active Now" displayed in the right frame of the friends list. The current specification allows users to see not only unknown users, but even blocked users, which is causing a lot of frustration among users.

It's been about six months since it was implemented, but the act of showing users something they don't want to see is stressful to them; they'd much rather be filled with ads supporting Discord.
