Assistance Support system

Create Support channels with some wiki guides and tickets system like Discord have but inside a client.

This could be awesome for anyone who want assistance instead of using forums. 

Wiki is for any troubleshoot or any guides from the server himself.
Request (Tickets) is a feature to report users or get help for assistance.

This could be a nice fit to get helped and report some shady users.

  I don't really see this needed, as you could use https://support.discordapp.com/ for support.
