KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS to change Online/Away

I want to be able to set my status to Away whenever I leave my PC.

Repetitive strain injury makes it obnoxious to have to click through the stupid pop-up tree just to set "Away", and then have to do the same thing when I get back. (And 10 minutes delay is simply too long to be generally useful.)

A keyboard shortcut to change Online/Away status would fix this easily.
