Not really for the API section (unless you're saying bots should have an array of previous usernames), but pretty useful aswell, seeing as I have the same issue.

No point. Just make 2 webservers on each bot and talk to them directly, rather than going through a Discord API. Also each bot has its own 'inflation' in its own economy so it'd completely destroy ...

Maybe for selfbots, it would have a self-bot tag if discord can't verify it's coming from a browser or app. Discord could then ban selfbots from that account, or ip. Or, if they prefer, in the user...

I don't think this is needed really. You can already send HTTP requests from IFTTT and link it to a webhook. Or you could make a bot which every hour or so sends a status update.
