How do I find my client info?

When bug hunting, one of the most important pieces of information you need to make sure is correct is your client version. 

Desktop

The Client and System settings on Desktop can be found by pressing the Vector_1.png icon on the bottom left, next to your username. This will bring up your User Settings. On the bottom left of the User Settings, you will find information similar to the image below. You might need to scroll down on the left section to see the information.

Note: The number in the parentheses behind the version number and the Host are required!

The information that needs to be submitted as system settings are:

  • Version number
  • Operating System

Android

The Client and System settings on Android can be found in the menu by clicking your avatar on the bottom right. You might need to swipe right to see the icon, if you are in chat view.

Tap your avatar to bring up your User Settings. Scrolling down, you will see a tab called "App Information". The number next to it is your current Client Version. 

Note: The number in the parenthesis behind the version number is required!

Your system settings can be found in the System Settings of your phone, and then accessing the "System" or "About your Phone" tabs respectively (Name may vary).

The information that needs to be submitted as system settings are:

  • Phone model
  • Operating System
  • Version number

iOS

iPhone

The Client settings on iPhones can be found in the menu by tapping your avatar on the bottom right. You might need to swipe right to see the icon if you are in chat view.

Scrolling down, you will see a tab called "Change Log". The number next to it is your current Client Number. Press Copy Client Info and all the information can be pasted right in.

Your System Information can be found in the System Settings of your phone and then accessing the "About" section found under the "General" Tab.

  • Operating System
  • Version number

iPad

The Client settings on iPads can be found by tapping the Vector_1.png icon on the bottom left, next to your username. Tapping the respective icon will bring up your User Settings.
