Unnecessary Voice Icons When Not Needed (Mic - Headphone Icons near the nickname)

I think, they should disable these icons when they are not needed. Because we just use them while trying to make a voice chat. Briefly, if there is not any need for these icons they must be seen disabled(not clickable) or invisible.
