Enabling and optimizing work of Discord notifications for gadgets without GMS/Adding your application to AppGallery

Discord don't work normally at my smartphone, watches and many Huawei, HONOR and other company's devices! I could say - IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. It's not funny, to mock a decent part of your users. I'm sorry, please, but your behavior forces us to conclude that you are either lazy or subservient, or you are vile people who spit on some of their long-time users, "fans" in some way.
It is not funny anymore...
In the end, it is possible, if, of course, taking care of users is on the company's agenda, to make the notification system independent of GMS (Google Mobile Services)... ?
I could understand if there were so few users of Huawei/HONOR and other devices without GMS that it equated to an error, but this is not the case and I hope you know that. Moreover, Discord is a means of communication (messenger) that is popular all over the world, regardless of the countries, policies and devices to which users are committed.
Understand, I only want the best, including for users. In addition, this issue is not the first year and many people have supported appeals (petitions), including to your support service with the same request. But the years go by, and nothing changes and does not think to change, as I understand it…
