Automod Regex issues with very long regex

There are a few issues to do with the regex feature for automod, both to do with the length of a regular expression.

One is that the content overflows with no way to scroll when you enter a long regex, making it neigh impossible to see. This is an issue for me and I already use discord fairly zoomed out.

Secondly, there is an issue where regex seems to just refuse to work after you hit a certain length, but there isn't any prompt to indicate that the length is what is causing this issue. I couldn't identify an exact length, because it was inconsistent, but a similar problem seems to affect https://rustexp.lpil.uk/ so it's not an issue exclusive to Discord, but it was incredibly frustrating to spend half an hour trying to figure out why the regex that was valid according to https://regexr.com/ was causing the automod to yell at me.

While I don't think most people need extremely long regex statements, sometimes when you're trying to block certain phrases that can have lots of variation the regex just ends up being very large, and at the very least the app should be better at dealing with it, even if the limit isn't made any longer.
