Request: message composer can mark a message as openly editable

One thing that really holds discord back at my business is that it can't be used to work together on anything.  Even a simple list of things-to-do can only have one editor.

I suggest the creator of a message be allowed to mark it as "open" or "editable".
This would enable editing for anyone who could see the message.

It can't be used to trash other peoples messages, because it requires the overt intentional action of the original writer.  If you don't check the box, it can't happen.
This opens up discord for many more uses in a company or club environment.  People can keep a list up to date, or post a top issues list, or modify a help message, or... there are thousands of usages.
