Emote reaction text change

Previously, when checking who reacted to a message, it would say "[USERNAME(S)] reacted with [EMOTE]"

Now this information has been switched to "[EMOTE] reacted by [USERNAME(S)]"

This is a needless and confusing change, as it moves the important information to the end, instead of keeping it at the start. I would be happy if it was reverted back to normal.

  Agreed. 9 times in 10, I'm hovering a reaction to see who reacted, not what they reacted with.
