Playstation Voice Chat

Personally I find very agitating that Playstation 4 seems to not be getting voice chat but the PlayStation 5 would. I find this quite unfair as people like I cannot afford a PS5 currently and the fact that the Xbox one get vc is stupid as the PS4 and Xbox one released near to same date. I just hope PS4 also gets VC.
