Better ANSI Support For Codeblocks

ANSI code formatting can actually do full RGB coloring, via the escape codes ESC[38;2;R;G;Bm for foreground text and ESC[48;2;R;G;Bm for background text. 

It would be really nice if we could have full color code blocks rather than the simple seven FG and seven BG colors that discord currently supports, since most computers today are 24-bit, rather than the 4-bit color that's being used right now.

  Ansi support needs to be fully reworked. There are many more features that Ansi supports that Discord doesn't, like turning off modifiers. Perhaps syntax highlighting should be replaced with Shiki.
