Viewers can request change in stream quality

This is a feature request different to other posts requesting the ability to lower the quality on their end for weaker internet connections.

What I'm requesting is the ability to select a specific streaming quality as a viewer, for example, better readability or smoother video, different resolution, fps, etc, and have the person streaming accept or decline it with the click of a button instead of them having to fiddle around with it.

  YES!! I agree!! Although as a viewer we can't increase the quality, but if someone wants to watch it at a smaller scale to lower the cpu/gpu usage like I do, the ability to lower the quality [other than resizing the “Pop Out” feature] would be awesome! :))
