User Stream Volume Fix

In the Discord Desktop App has the DM Streamer mostly a problem with streaming the desktop volume, like on a Screen Discord Stream, but on the website it works. That must be fixed!

  Not certain if this is referring to the lack of volume controls for streams or not (volume is loud for me, but too quiet for viewers, and they have no way to adjust. Either I have to live without hearing my friends because the stream is too loud or my friends have to live without hearing what I am streaming since they have no volume slider like we have with individual chatters) but...if it is, then I agree.
