Create perms that let anyone with a role change their name color to that of other roles they have

2 perms:
1. Users with this role can change their name color to that of any other roles they have

2. This role color can be changed to

For example, Role A has perm 1. Role B has perm 2. Role C has no perms.

I have roles A and B. A lets me change color to Role B. I also have Role C, but C doesn't have perm 2, so I can't change my color to that of Role C.
