    If an employee is joining applicants' servers and investigating, there's no reason they can't even give a sentence or two on what to improve on. It's very frustrating.

    Same! I always see small servers inactive for days that get accepted meanwhile there are other active and well-moderated communities that get rejected, and it's actually frustrating that they don't tell you how to improve, I personally know the reason for the rejection of mine (the minimum server retention for actively growing communities is 30%), but I saw a lot of cases of people that applied for partnerships and are well active and well-moderated communities with polite people and they get rejected without even advice of what they can improve, I recommend improving the mails adding more useful information :)
