There should be a common deafen option

The deafen option should be like the normal mute option which you use to not hear that certain person anymore, obviously, but instead, deafening one person would cause them not to hear any audio from you anymore. It should be like stopping someone from hearing from you as a choice and appear to be a special muted to them. It would be quite useful to help someone avoid spoilers that they don't expect to be told.
