Role Limits and Boost Levels

This post is technically two suggestions in one.
First is that there is a 250 role limit cap per Discord server, and our server is getting way too crammed. We've been doing all we can to sacrifice any non-necessary roles, but we're still always at the limit. It's a headache and a hassle that we'd really appreciate help with.

Secondly, larger servers seem to have a lot more than the 30 boosts required for Level 3 (ours currently at 69). If possible, why not add a Level 4 or the like to continue to provide rewards to larger servers? For example, since a larger server would have more boosts and thus use more roles, why not add additional roles for higher levels, since they're more likely to need them.
