Stage features for non-community servers

Hey there,

I just learned about the new stage features, and I really like the idea of having some of these features on non-community voice chats. Specifically, having features such as no-disruption joining and leaving. Some smaller servers always have someone doing something (playing music, playing a game, etc.) on voice chat, and it would be cool to have. Although, I guess if there's only a few people joining and leaving it's not that big of an issue.

  I'd love to have stage channels in our server that we use for internal team communications, because we also hold presentations within discord. Stage channels seem perfect for that, but it doesn't make sense to make a server for a closed team into a discoverable community server.
