The ability to customise the built in welcome message

Since it's a pain to use bots for welcome messages and most of them send before the user's completed rules screening, it would be cool if you customise the built-in one. Especially since having the welcome screen and rules screen can be a bit of an information overload, a custom welcome message is a nice alternative.
