add support for CSS/general styling and layout modification

hey, i wanted to make this post as i really like customising my things, i know 3rd party clients exist like betterdiscord and similar, but it's "against the ToS", i personally think it's pretty stupid so my suggestion is add an official thing to modify the styling of the app as discord is proprietary and if it was open source using the forked version would get your account banned,
I'd love there to either be a ToS change that lets users use 3rd party clients for changing the looks or there being an option to either import a css file (ofc documentation about css classes used and stuff like that should become a thing then), a live css editor (the same) or a gui tool to tweak things, would be awesome if it existed
