Reply notification improvement | Minor quality of life fature

Receiving a notification when someone leaves a message directly after yours.
Having this as an option in notification settings.
It's fairly common to have most of the servers you follow muted, and it's also common for people to not @you or directly reply to your message, even though they're replying to you.

So this would be a way to ensure you get notified about potential replies without subjecting you to spam.
