please help me what do i do

what do i do i was bored in school and decided to friend request like 300 people on a public server because i was bored to see how many friends i would get and now my 3 year old discord account which has 100s of thousands of dms and info is disabled. i already wrote to discord but they replied with a "weve reviewed this and confirmed this violation and will not reinstate your account" please i really need my discord account it affects me in real life and is already damaging my in real life relationships
