New feature: voice notes feature

Discord should definitely add a voice note feature because it's sometimes more convenient for people instead of typing long paragraphs to explain something. I get that you can join call however voice notes can help when the person your messaging is not online, and you don't want to type or wait for them to come online. People must be suggesting this for months or rather years and it definitely should be a feature!
