Phone gets too heated while attending a voice call

I generally use discord for listening music but after few minutes my phone gets pretty hot I have 2 different android phones with updated version of discord but both of them gets pretty hot. I have 1. Redmi 6 Pro(Android Version 10, Corvus OS), 2. Redmi 8A Dual(Android Version 9, MIUI).
