Owners and administrators should have the ability to unlock roles
There are some roles that are locked which I would like to unlock. Pls let owners and administrators have the ability to unlock these roles so we can assign roles to other people.
Why I would like this to happen:
My friend was a newcomer to the server and I wanted him to be a mod, but when I was about to assign it, I couldn't find the role. I went onto Roles and I saw that the Mod role was locked

You have to have a role above the role to give it to the person. :)
