My account got disabled without a warning

Hello, I have got my 4 year old account banned instantly a few weeks ago and I got absolutely no warning, notice or mail. When I tried to ask the Discord support by mail I just got a message from a bot saying "My account was disabled for violating your Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account." and nothing else which I find really rude and disrespectful.

I have no idea what happened and why I got banned so suddenly. I don't know if I was on some bad server or if I got falsely reported by another user.

Oddly enough I have actually reported another user a few months ago who posted illegal content and absolutely nothing happened to him, I think he might have been the one who reported me.

I doubt I will get my account back but I'd want some explanation at least.
